Ms. Magdaline Akinyi Otieno has successfully obtained her Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, University of Tsukuba.
Her master’s thesis, titled “Harnessing Machine Learning for Identification of Viral Infection Signatures with Cross-Disease Predictive Transferability,” analyzed gene expression patterns associated with viral infections using machine learning.
Ms. Otieno is now pursuing her doctoral studies, aiming to further advance her research.
We sincerely support her new challenges and look forward to her continued success.
